About
I design and implement operating systems for projects and organizations—from refineries and construction to digital and creative work. My background in space physics and systems engineering gave me a rigorous, analytical way of thinking; my experience in QA/QC and operations taught me how to turn that thinking into practical workflows, tools, and governance that teams actually use.
Today I split my time between PMO & operations consulting, leading my own ventures (4M Studios, Tekmorn, Adeon Analytics), and building automation that connects the field, the office, and decision-makers through reliable data.

Flange Bolting Map
Designed and maintained a full bolting/torquing certification map for ~18,000 flanges, with daily reporting, punch-list integration, and traceability for audits.
