With a strong foundation in Physics, Space and Systems Engineering, and a passion for innovation, Alexandros Adamis has built a career dedicated to driving quality and technological excellence in industrial projects. Beginning his journey in engineering and machine learning, Alexandros has evolved into a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Project Management professional, delivering results across complex oil, gas, and energy ventures throughout Europe.
Over the last 5+ years, Alexandros has led critical QA/QC operations for major international companies, including Motor Oil Hellas, Total Energies, Technip Energies, and Fluor. His expertise spans welding inspections, hydrotesting, mechanical completions, and the creation of automated quality documentation systems that have transformed project efficiency and compliance standards.
Beyond traditional quality management, Alexandros brings a forward-thinking approach to industrial problem-solving. Leveraging his background in data analysis, software development, and machine learning, he has designed advanced monitoring tools and automated reporting solutions that save thousands of hours in documentation and provide real-time project oversight.
Today, through 4M Studios, Alexandros combines his industrial expertise with modern automation technologies to deliver high-impact consulting and engineering solutions. His mission is to help industries operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently, integrating next-generation tools to redefine quality assurance and project execution.

Dimitris Filios
Co-Founder- Art Director
From his early youth, Dimitris was ambitious to get involved in arts and their respective sections; a life-lasting course of actions initiated during his school life until this day. During this period, his curiosity for art and its applications, resulted widely in interaction with a variety of materials and getting accustomed with different appliances.
Sketching, as his starting point, along with sculpting and crafts, conquered the leading role for his further development in both artistic skills as well as his character.
In mid 20’s he graduated both “Faculty of Graphic Arts and Design” and “Make up & Special Effects” Moving forward, he kept improving his skills and knowledge in Visual Arts participating in a variety of seminars, competitions and thematic exhibitions, creating and presenting his own projects and ideas. Parallel with it, Dimitris acquired working experience both in TV, as make-up artist, and beauty products retail.
Nowadays, Dimitris is a freelance artist, missing no opportunity to produce and create unique projects.
